Which locks do you recommend?

For uPVC windows and doors, I recommend anti-snap locks. One of the most common methods of break-in is to snap a lock with a screwdriver, which then disables it and allows access. With anti-snap locks, they are created with a deliberate weak-point so that when the lock snaps, it still remains locked.

Do you install anti-snap locks?

Yes, I specialise in installing anti-snap lock systems, as well as all kinds of locking systems for uPVC windows and doors.

Should I change the locks when I move home?

Yes, changing locks is a sensible decision when moving into a new home, in case neighbours or friends of the previous occupants have been given a key. Being burgled by an intruder with a key can also jeopardise insurance.
